1 Users
  • 1.1 By specifying e-mail, you are automatically allowed to send you letters directly related to SMOService.
  • 1.2 It is forbidden to start using the services of the service without reading its rules. If you started using the service, then by default it is considered that you have accepted the rules and the user agreement.
  • 1.3 The administration of the service is not responsible for the loss, theft of your username and password. You agree to ensure the safety of your username and password.
  • 1.4 The site administration has the right to block your account in violation of these rules or the user agreement. In case of violation by the user of these rules, the user account is blocked without warning and without explanation.
  • 1.5 Responsibility for the orders, links and other advertised material placed in the project lies with the advertiser. Any damage, including material, associated with an incorrectly placed order, the use of erroneous or broken links is not compensated.

  • 2.1 A guarantee against any protective actions of social networks against mass promotion is not given, except for the warranty period (48 hours and services with the best quality).
  • 2.2. Refunds transferred to the balance of your login (account) from the cancellation of orders or when replenishing the balance are not carried out under any circumstances.
  • 2.3 System services are provided in accordance with applicable rules and user agreement. SMOService provides the service “as is” and does not provide any guarantees, directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, guarantees the uninterrupted operation of the system, guarantees the quality of services, their suitability for a particular purpose and the absence of violations.
  • 2.4 A number of topics, during the promotion of which there are sanctions from advertising platforms: tobacco products, alcohol, dresses, shoes, clothes, nail, hair extensions, makeup, wedding photographers and photographer services, promotion, group design, SEO / SMO / SMM, computer assistance .
  • 2.5 The following topics are not promoted: promotion (of individuals, groups on social networks), design of groups, SEO / SMO / SMM, computer assistance, financial pyramids and groups whose purpose is to deceive their users (including affiliate programs), communities topics 18+, sports nutrition, green coffee, steroids and other suspicious drugs, fortunetelling, horoscopes and other mystical help to individuals, sale of dubious medicines.
3 The fact of the provision of services
  • 3.1 The fact of the provision of the Services under the Public Offer (https://smoservice.media/pages/public_offer/) is confirmed by the status of the Contractor’s orders in the User’s Personal Account on the Order Management page.
  • 3.2 The fact of a completed order is its status: “Completed”, “Completed2”, “Accepted by the system” on the Order History page in the User’s Personal Account.
  • 3.3 During the execution of the order, the use of any third-party services and methods of attracting people is prohibited due to the fact that most of the services, when calculating the number of accomplishments, are based on the internal statistics of the group / video / page / channel / post / vote.
  • 3.4 In the event that your account on SMOService was blocked for violation of any item while you have a paid service, you are not entitled to demand the transfer of this service to any other account.
  • 3.5 We do not give you any guarantees that the ordered service will be completed on time. It all depends on the volume of the order and the number of simultaneously active orders in our system.
4 Dispute Resolution
  • 4.1 The parties established a pretrial claim procedure for the settlement of disagreements and disputes. The deadline for a response to a submitted claim is 30 (thirty) business days from the date of its receipt by the Party.
  • 4.2 Only technical support, the service operator has the right to make an exclusively correct solution to the dispute. The Contractor or his representative, the technical support operator has the right to refuse to solve the problem or user complaint if he has a violation of these rules, or the user agreement, or the Public offer.
  • 4.3 The user agrees not to dispute the only right decision by the Site Administration and authorized Operators of technical support in case of conflict and disputes.
  • 4.4 Repeated creation of calls to the support service, duplicate requests for already processed and closed requests in accordance with clauses 4.1 and 4.2, can lead to the blocking of the account and all subsequent calls, due to violation of the current rules in accordance with clause 4.3. of these rules.
7 Other conditions
  • 5.1 To fulfill its obligations, the Contractor has the right to attract third parties.
  • 5.2 The User hereby gives informed consent in accordance with Federal Law of July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data" for storage, processing and transfer, including transfer to a third party, of data about his orders.
  • 5.3 The use of personal data and other information of the User, including that provided during registration on the Site, under these rules is carried out exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the Contractor.
  • 5.4 The User hereby agrees to receive from the Contractor various service and information messages through mail, telephone (including mobile) communications, e-mail and other forms and channels of sending / receiving information.
  • 5.5. Guarantees from any protective actions of social networks against mass promotion are not given, funds are not returned. Services are provided by the site "as is", are provided without a guarantee.
  • 5.6. The service shall void all warranty obligations if the User used before or after contacting the Contractor to promote third-party services, sites, other performers in the same field of activity.
  • 5.7 The service for outputting video to YouTube trends (TOP YouTube) is considered fulfilled if the number of views declared on the service is added to the video. If during the performance of the service the video becomes unavailable (deleted, blocked, installed by age, received a complaint from users) - the service is deemed to be completed.
  • 5.7.1 For the video to start working correctly, no more than 2 hours should elapse from the moment the video is uploaded, it must not be longer than 10 minutes and must not violate YouTube’s rules. If the video lasts more than 10 minutes, or the video was downloaded more than 2 hours ago before placing the order in the work, the service is not responsible for the quality of the order.
  • 5.7.2 In case of unsuccessful video output, no return is made. The service provides all services “as is” and does not provide any guarantees in accordance with clause 2.3 of the current rules.
6 Final Provisions
  • 6.1 Any calls to the Site Administration or authorized Support Operators that have obscene content or are offensive will be ignored. In the event of a recurrence of the incident, the user account will be blocked, and all orders will be suspended.
  • 6.2. The user undertakes to independently monitor changes to these rules and bear responsibility for the consequences associated with non-compliance with this obligation.
  • 6.3 If the User disagrees with the relevant changes, the User is obliged to stop using the Site and refuse the Contractor's Services. Otherwise, continued use of the Site by the User means that the User agrees to the terms of the Rules and the Offer in the new edition.
